Statewide roadside. SHSO is working to encourage local agencies to continue using oral fluid screening at roadside.

Not implemented. We have no plans for an evidential oral fluid program.

•Approximately how many law enforcement agencies are utilizing roadside testing for impaired driving in your state?
14. We also have approximately 44 devices in circulation right now for an OTS pilot program to collect data about substances found and to determine if the devices show sufficient utility to be used in conjunction with standardized DUI investigations. A tracking/reporting sheet was provided to all agencies in possession of the devices so that OTS could collect data.
Nevada Highway Patrol also reportedly purchased 55 devices, but this was very recent, and no information has been collected.
